I have always had a strong interest in health and fitness from an early age through my love of dancing. I progressed to work onboard cruise ships as a professional Dancer for 10 years.

During my years of travelling I knew that my love of fitness and working with people that I wanted a future within the fitness industry to compliment my continuing career within the dancing profession.

So I completed my level 2 and 3 Personal Training qualification which I thoroughly enjoyed. 2015 saw me move to Dubai on short working contract where my journey into Fitness really began. I began doing small group sessions and personal training around the complex where I lived, it was hugely rewarding to see the results from my clients even after a couple of weeks I knew I had chosen the right path.

Upon my return to the UK in 2016 I opened Alive Dance School teaching lots of different classes to children age 3-16. I continued to run Bootcamps and personal training for my older clients and in 2018 it had grown so much that along with the team we decided to open Alive Fitness and have never looked back.

I have since got married, started a Family and learnt and experienced the journey the female body goes through pregnancy and postpartum. I now look to help and support others with their journey throughout this also.

I am proud of everyone within the Alive Family both new and old for working hard, achieving and supporting each other everyday!

Working with people, creating and organising projects is something I will shall never tire of. Witnessing people come together from all walks of life, supporting one another and enjoying themselves is just the inspiration you need to keep on going. This is why I enjoy this facility so much.

I have always enjoyed challenging myself in every aspect of life, long and short term goals are something I have always worked towards.

At Alive Fitness we try our hardest to ensure people’s fitness journey is challenging yet rewarding and ultimately enjoyable for everyone.
It is amazing what exercise does for your health and well-being and I always ask myself ‘why would anyone deprive themselves of that feeling you get post workout?’…there is nothing better!

The biggest enjoyment of all comes from watching and being inspired by others drive, determination and commitment in order for them to achieve their personal objectives.

Jack has been part of the team for a number of years. You’ll struggle to find anybody as passionate, knowledgeable and supportive as Jack.

“My belief is helping people achieve their physical goals and move strong. My experience is from sporting background mainly within top flight football.

Achieving an undergraduate and MPhil degree in Sport & Exercise Science at LJMU. My current full time role is the Athletic Performance coach at a EFL Championship club.

A few years ago I wished to adapt my skills within the world of fitness for aimed at a more universal crowd not just high performance athletes. The team and members at Alive Fitness have been amazing over the last few years, it is a pleasure to work there and see the effort the members put in day in day out. Planning the programs for the half marathons and witnessing individuals achieve PBs is what I love to see!

I look forward to progressing alongside the team”

I have always been heavily involved in health and fitness over the years. For the last 8 years I have trained as an amateur boxer and applied myself fully to the sport and created a lifestyle to match this.

Over the years I have learned many valuable lessons and skills to help apply myself, whether that be nutrition and diet to help weight making, strength & conditioning to improve strength and power and overall fitness and endurance.

I have since completed a Level 4 Strength & Conditioning course to put a qualification to the years of knowledge I have gained. I always keep the mind set ‘You never stop learning’.

Having now taken a backwards step from Boxing I am made up to be a part of the Alive Fitness Team. I am thoroughly looking forward to putting everyone through similar gruelling challenges I have been put myself through over the years!

Having worked as a professional musician in Londons West End & Worldwide, I recently moved back to Liverpool and decided to pursue my passion for health and fitness by completing a Level 2 & 3 Personal Training Qualification along with Circuits & Bootcamp, Studio Cycling & Advanced Fitness Testing qualifications.

I haven’t always been sporty and it wasn’t until 4 years ago that I actually found my passion for sport through Triathlon. On this journey I have had great joy in seeing personal progress and pursuing goals I never thought were possible. In 2021 I qualified for the GBR AG team, became eligible to race as an elite, and most recently Qualified for a spot at the 2022 70.3 Ironman World Championships in Utah USA.

Seeing my own progress gave me a huge incentive to help others achieve their fitness goals. My passion is in endurance events however I get the biggest fulfilment from seeing the hard work and dedication my clients put into their own training and the body transformations that come with that.

I’m incredibly passionate about working with groups and have loved every session I’ve taken at Alive so far, the family environment is so welcoming and there is something for everyone.

If I can do it, so can you! Put on your trainers and come down and train with us at Alive Fitness, you won’t regret it!!!!
